Allot of Canadians are working minimum wage jobs especially in Ontario and the Atlantic provinces. I know for a fact in Ontario right across to Newfoundland, there is more booze & tobacco running, drug dealing, music & movie piracy occurring. Newfoundland alone during September and October had over 6 million dollars worth of Marijuana confiscated by police.
