The video is about how the girl and guy falls in love but what sucks is that the guy can't walk.

He never celebrated christmas with someone so Park does all these things to cheer him up. The point of the school is that Park loves him no matter what happens and will always love him. She dreams of getting married and having a child with him but that doesn't happens as you see later on, the guy passes away.

I got the general gist of it, and the song + video had the same feeling so it was easy to catch the mood that made me wanna cry! The part I didn't understand was when she was walking alone in the field but, hey, THAT'S not that part that made me cry.
