How to kill a helicopter in Battlefield: Bad Company

hi pple... im that person who shot it down... and if u whant to shoot a helicopter ,,try to shoot at the engines for 2 till 3 times.. that should do it..

Is there are certain part of the helicopter that you have to shoot? And how many shots would it take to kill a helicopter from full health with a sniper rifle?

lol ive done the same i somehow managed todestroy chopper with a no scope and when it was coming down i took another shot which whent through the driver and the passenger shooting at the side ,it is impossible to do that kind of stuff with skill

i did that once in bf2 demo and got a head shot at the person driving the chopper

that has actually happend to me too, i was in a bad sniper position and was bored, when the chopper came i was like "yeah.. why not?"

then I thought about it and understood that the chopper was already damaged to almost 0, I've tried many times after the "accident" but nada... :(
