@26Keano Just to clarify ---- Firstly , I listen & watch many people on Youtube. I consider some of what they say very interesting & over the years I have used a small amount of that information in my own videos. HOWEVER , I HAVE TO SAY THAT NO ONE ON YOUTUBE SPEAKS FOR ME - JUST AS I DO NOT SPEAK FOR THEM . I KEEP SAYING OVER & OVER - I ONLY DO MY YOUTUBE VIDEOS IN ORDER THAT PEOPLE WILL THINK FOR THEMSELVES & AS A SMALL COUNTER TO OUR MAIN STREAM MEDIA. jb.
@26Keano Like it or not, one major difference between THIS tube and the one in your sitting room is that one can criticize Zionist Jews and the State of Israel on one (tube), but not on the other. For the time being, at any rate. THAT, my friend, is a truism.
The truth is,there is no such thing as Debt,it is really a state of mind, just like religion, it controls large groups of people around the world,it turns people into Arguable Idiots,Dictionarys, there is a Doleman not to far from me,where three men were buried in ancient times, because they killed a priest/king who sold the deeds of the lands to the Roman catholic church, and thats what is going on in this country again 2000 years late, they are selling this country out.
What i find really sad is that our own government gave away our fishing grounds to other countries, and now we are like prisoners to the Irish Naval service,I know that the Irish Naval Service are there to keep drugs out,but if it comes to a point where the price of food goes up,and we are not allowed to fish higher Quota's,or fish in certain areas,i think we will have to treat these people like the Blackntans,or worse.
@Elevationary The "Defense Forces" serve the dual purpose of maintaining the status quo while protecting the lives and interests of a relative few thieving, traitorous scum bags. On a positive note, they don't go around murdering tens of thousands of innocent men, women and children in cold blood, like the American military, which is a "plus" I suppose. At least here in the states, we have the "oath keepers". Irish soldiers, sailors and airmen DO take some kind of an oath, I presume??? O.o
@usagoodbyeisayhello The role of our military here in Ireland - SO FAR - HAS BEEN TO STAY OUT OF POLITICS. HOWEVER I PROMISE YOU THAT IF THINGS WERE TO GET REALLY ECONOMICALLY NASTY HERE , OUR MILITARY WITH LITTLE PRODDING FROM THE USA - WOULD ACT TO SECURE THE INTERESTS OF THE ELITE WHO RUN OUR COUNTRY. THAT IS HOW THE USA OPERATED IN S. AMERICA FOR DECADES . THEY WILL DO EXACTLY THE SAME IN IRELAND , SHOULD IT BECOME NECESSARY . Many thanks. jb
@jbyeats As an outsider living in the UK, I find the thought of the military taking control in Eire very, very disturbing JB. Surely too God that would not happen there??!!
I will certainly be keeping a close eye on what's going on in Greece.
@usagoodbyeisayhello True, but the Military in Ireland, dont control the banks, the banks control them, the Banks control the Irish government, the government control the Military,do you see the problem now,so what ever the EU says to the Irish governemnt, applys to all,if the country runs out of money, and starves, are the EU going to prevent Irish fishermen from feeding their Families, they will, and the Irish military will do what they are paid to do,as long as this debt hangs over.
@Elevationary Ultimately, he who has the guns wins. I imagine that a few of Ireland's field grade officers would side with the government, but not all of them! I also imagine that the vast, overwhelming majority of junior officers and NCO's would side with the people, and that the junior enlisted ranks would follow suit. I know the army gets a bad rap, but they're not stupid, are they?
@usagoodbyeisayhello I have an Uncle in the Irish army,he is one of the last Army men who still has a pension, all his sons were brought up in the army, and they have an order on how they look, how they talk to other army men,how they speak, and under no circumstances would they ever disrespect another army officer, ever, their whole family name is built out of respect from the army, from over 40 years, nothing is ever out of line in the Irish Army,it is the same for the Navy.
@Elevationary I'm not questioning the patriotism or the professionalism of Irishmen and Irishwomen in uniform. However, I am curious to know if they are required to take an oath upon enlisting (I'm sure they do), and if so, what it entails? The oath of enlistment which I took upon enlisting in the US military WAS VERY SPECIFIC:
@Elevationary "I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."
It's very clear as to Whom and to what our allegiance lies.
@Elevationary It's up to federal prosecutors and the Department of Justice i.e. the federal government to bring those traitorous scumbags to justice, not us. Our responsibility is to hold our government accountable should it be involved in activities which constitute an act(s) of treason. Personally, I thought they had finally 'crossed the line" with the whole OBL burial-at-sea-thing, especially in light of all that's occurred since 9/11...but I was wrong.
@Elevationary Indeed debt is like a religion , & it is enforced by the whole apparatus of the state who will crush anyone who it deems challenges the control of the Banking / Corporate elites , over our lives. Our country has been sold out over the last 30 years or so. CJ Haughey & his cohorts sold off most of our natural resources including our seas. Our country has been raped & plundered , this time NOT BY THE VIKINGS , NORMANS or ENGLISH - but by GREEDY PADDIES . Thanks , jb .
Obama has lost credibility with the many Americans. A pretty speech does not take the place of leadership.
Our country holds 14.4 Trillion in debt, about 60 Trillion in unfunded liabilities, over 40 million food stamp claims, every week our new unemployment claims are always up in the 400,000 +. Well JB I like many here in Scotland would not like to see Eire implode. God knows what could happen if they default on their loans. We are all in for a long hard road to recovery, but your plight looks much greater than ours, which worries me.
@TheDickPuller It's a really difficult situation. AS you say - no matter what we in Ireland try - it is indeed an entirely uphill struggle for the next 10 - 20 years . Our debt figures are colossal. Our Government should be talking to the future Scottish government about close future co-operation . Our whole history is linked together. We were once Gaelic brothers . Instead the creatures who run our country would prefer to deal with the US & London . Many thanks. jb
@jbyeats Thanks for your reply JB. Yes well sort term I hope things don't fall apart, in both Scotland or Eire., change can sometimes be good - but violent change is never ever good! Links; I'm a blood relative of all the peoples of the island of Ireland, lovely, lovely people.
You stay well, thanks for your valued insight & I look forward to your next video.
Hey JB, goo to see you still have your mental health. I personally haven't been as worried about Ireland, the Euro and collapse ever before. It think the title is a bit wrong. The "No we can't" should be "Yes we can't, but we're not going to". As of now Ireland is openly being robbed. They make no attempt to hide it. Historically this is the final phase before collapse and revolt. I'm amazed you got them to admit owning CDOs. I agree with you; You'd better damn well be prepared. Be safe, thanks!
@jbyeats You're probably right. Half of the people here don't even realize our government is essentially a puppet to large corporations. Of the few that do, many don't get out to try and change anything, and those that do are regarded as radical liberals and are disregarded by most of the population. It's kind of pathetic, really.
Not to mention we keep electing absolute morons. Have you seen the latest idiocy from Sarah Palin? She doesn't know basic US history and she's running for president.
At least it's still in the billions and not the trillions, like us Americans (unless I've misunderstood what you were saying. If so I apologize).
For a country supposedly at the top, the people are pretty well fucked. This is coming from someone who's been unemployed for about a year and a half now...
Time to start making plans for the worst jb. I can't believe the smiles on peoples faces these days, it's like nothing's going on and everything is rosy in the garden.
Fair play to you JB.. bang on the money in every way. All ties into the Bilderberg scandal, its all connected in my opinion, we need to find new leaders..! and in the south of Ireland its not going to happen... we don't have leadership, all those parasites from the previous FF government have all disappeared into the sunset, with their index linked pensions and fat pay-offs... the real criminals have walked away free with not a care in the world... now we have a new shower in Leinster House.. !
@ramblinginmeath This new crowd in Dail Eireann are just as politically devoid of ideas as the FFs creatures before them. They depend totally on their Civil Service mandarins for advice & direction. As you say the FFs have walked off with their FAT pensions - laughing all the way to the bank. None of them will ever see the inside of the ' pokey joe' Many should be on charges of Treasonable Activity against the Irish People. Many thanks. jb
FAIR PLAY JB,SPOT ON AGAIN-AS WELL AS EVERYTHING ELSE THESE FUCKING VULTURES ARE IMPOSING ON THE PEOPLE WE ARE NOW FACED WITH WATER CHARGES AND A PROPERTY TAX-THEY SAY THAT IT WILL BE IMPOSED AT A FLAT RATE UNTIL THEY EVALUATE ALL PROPERTY VALUES NATIONWIDE-IM JUST GUESSING BUT I THINK THEY WILL STOP IT OUT OF PEOPLES WAGES AT SOURCE BECAUSE THERE IS FIERCE OPPOSITION TO THIS AND THEY CANT JAIL EVERYBODY BUT WOULD MAKE AN EXAMPLE OUT OF A FEW PEOPLE-NOT MUCH OF A REPUBLIC IS IT?-WHAT DO U THINK
the last govt said that we were well funded into the middle of 2011, this is now middle of 2011 and not one has done anything about our situation, rather the private banks situation and the govt is just protecting their own highly inflated salaries and those of their cronies.
Bill Black, frmr US regulator wondered why none of the bankers have been sent to jail!!And we're sending people who owe 100 euros to jail, the people who owe hundreds of millions get to run run as if nothing happened
Thanks you for having the courage to say what many of us feel, but those politicians who claim to represent us don't seem capable of addressing. Peace!
Yes, Ireland has been sold down the river, but so have the working and middle classes of all people in Europe and America. The global economic system is rigged to benefit a few criminals at the expense of everyone else. I honestly believe the regular cycle of economic crisis are planned to rob the people of their savings and property.
As always, fantastic insight and due diligence on calling them on the CDO "asset" classification. US jails are full of victim-less crime "miscreants", primarily IMO, because it's profitable for our contract prisons and we are entering our 5th decade of the war on drugs. The trivial nature of the offenses deemed jailable you brought up is a reminder to me that per capita, my government beats China in incarcerations, a sad fact. I always find your videos informative and thought provoking, kudos.
"Yes we can" fuck every innocent, hard working citizen (who just wants to raise a family and live a decent life) out of every dollar they earn through their labor. "Yes we can."
~Barack Hussein Obama
The man is a fucking criminal: you can judge a man by the friends he runs with.
All is well......ENDA said that we will go back to the bond markets next year in a small way and fully by 2013 mmmmmmmm, looks like he is drunk on power already. Dont think this government will last the full term, some Labour back-benchers starting to get frightened at what they signed up to i think
The man who landed us in this present mess, Bertie Ahern, is living the life of a king at our expense and will continue to do so no matter what any of us say.
We're a soft touch for scumbag politicians AND, they know it.
There's no point pointing out the hard cold figures to the Irish man on the street - they'd much rather fill their heads with self gratifying fluff. This fluff was was served to them by the shovel loads by speech writers and journalists that understand basic human psychology. Jesus loves you.Very sad but very true.
Here in the states, the population is pretty clueless to what debt is and how it works. I frequently forward your posts to friends who think taking on more debt to solve our debt problem is a workable solution.
@jbyeats It is slipping away from us quickly. The people are so confused by the massive dis-information campaign(s) with in the MSM that they don't know which way is up. This insane military/industrial complex is unstoppable for many reasons. The debt will just keep piling up until it crushes the nation.
I'm pretty convinced at this point, that we will be in a full scale war in Pakistan/Iran soon. We've really become the military arm of the large western multinational corporations.
And Riverdance brings a tear to the eye of our Taoiseach - SWEET JESUS
Please check out this update of the ELA situation - I was under the impression we could print this money / liability with no time period on this debt/asset but it appears the executive has once again conceded they must pay back the CB with tax rather then paper. Goggle - Central Bank given 'formal comfort' by Noonan on losses on ...
You will find both a irish times article and the excellent L.R.K .Corner turned blog
Will you talk about the default scenario more, just what can they do to the people...if you can bear to go there. Appreciate the figures and effort you're putting in.
@JBYeats.Thanks for another excellent video,Why is the government not suing Fitch and Moodys (for their triple A ratings) on behalf the banks that they(we) now own.
Ireland has a broken leg...... u can hop along taking painkillers and hope the leg heals in time but you'll end up walking with a limp, or u can stop, operate and one day run again. Kenny and Noonan hav'nt got the balls for the surgery needed, and the ECB will prescribe indefinitely. We actually need a default and probably our own currency back, but thats wishful thinking.
@Dollymix001 It's NOT wishful thinking! It would take less than 100 organized, armed men to overthrow the government. Once a few of the traitors to the Irish people are laying dead in the street, the Army and An Garda Síochána will do the right thing.
This is all VERY simple: You're all being ruled by a cabal of greedy sociopaths who will stop at nothing to protect THEIR way of life and THEIR families. It's either YOU or THEM.
P.S. Who's going to stop the Irish? The US military? LOL
@usagoodbyeisayhello unfortunatly people are too dumbed down and brainwashed in this country to even realize that things are as bad as they are. If u put a frog into boiling water he will jump out. if u put him in cold water and slowly bring it to the boil he will boil alive. We have too many frogs here and not enough men.
@Dollymix001 I know. btw, Jim's right about people being imprisoned for parking fines. I was thrown in a cell with a lunatic who had been involved in at least one murder. There's prisoners who come from good backgrounds...decent men living in the same space as IRA thugs up for murder and Nigerian drug dealers, for God's sake! A guy eight cells down from mine broke into a young woman's home (she was a violinist, I believe), and cut several of her fingers off! The whole system is SICK!
They're murdering us all. US radio show host Alex Jones calls it "slow kill". I've been saying this for over a year now, and that is that Irish men need TO START ARMING THEMSELVES.
Here in the US, we've got a fighting chance. Ireland is no longer a sovereign nation. You're all slaves, and you're being replaced by brown people. The Church won't help you. An Garda Siochanna won't help you. Sinn Fein won't help you.
Help yourselves. Arm yourselves. It's your only option.
Great video, Ireland is fucked. I agree 100% with your comment about the ECB or German loans. The loans should be long term with a low interest, but itsted they are short term with high interest. The whole thing is just pointless. It's allwell and good the Germans getting annoyed but it's them fucking you over not you fucking Germany over.
@jbyeats The Chinese and Russian's could that why the Germany does everthing they want, and at the same time is fucking over Ireland and Greece, the 6 other Great European powers must stop the Germans. Even if it means war. Germany is trying to use it's economic power to take over the EU. Then not even the Chinese could stop them. Thank God Britain is not in the Euro.
@mynoon1999 But how can it be the fault of the Germans mate, your country borrowed the money at the rates & conditions given....You can't beat-up the Bank Manager & call him an Rsole after you sign the loan agreement.
We(the UK) had enough problems of our own with the mickey mouse Euro & the other EU countries in the past.
@TheDickPuller I blame the Germans because they control the Euro and the ECB, and their banks have the most to loose from a Greece and Ireland default. So the Germans are putting on the huge interest rate, so their banks get their money back faster, but in doing so they are fucking Greece and Ireland over.
@mynoon1999 With the greatest respect mate, that's the way the system works. When you go 'cap in hand' you'll always get shafted. There's adverts on British telly, in 2011. Where companies are offering short term loans at 4230% APR............Not 4.230% but 4,230%. Now, given the mess of every country's economy, why are the governments of every country not reforming their Banking systems??...............Now that we here in the UK have a very large share of the Banks, we should reform them.
@TheDickPuller Ireland didn't go cap in hand it was forces to get a loan, Greece when cap in hand and then the Germans didn't want to know, until they found out their banks were in the shit as well. Yes the loans on TV are just wrong, I agree we should cut the banks up to stop this from happening again, but the crap Labour government put 2 of our biggest banks together. Labour under Brown really was crap.
@mynoon1999 Ah you're a man after my own heart, twice in my lifetime has a long term British Labour governent made a complete arse of everything & we the tax payers are left in the shite!! My family & I starved in the 70s with the 'winter of discontent', then they let the Banks run riot in the start of this centuary!! To quote JB 'you couldn't make this stuff up'!!!...................Cap in hand or not mate, it's always the desperate that get shafted!!!
@mynoon1999 I'm a rightwing member of the SNP mate, that for now, wants God's country(Scotalnd) to remain as part of the UK & to always have our Queens as head of state - her mother was Scottish.
What a mess. Here in Japan they're not selling cesium covered Ibaraki green tea to protect the population. How nice of them. But they DON'T mention the cesium covered houses, the cesium covered bicycles, the cesium in the in the rivers, the cesium everywhere. The cesium now IN peoples very cells that's going to give them cancer. Off topic, jbyeats, but not really, maybe. The SAME mindset that did Ireland in did Japan in, as well. Just in a different way.
@jbyeats JB LOVE this recent video. About canterburycat and your response. Yes the situation here is criminal in how the govt handled the whole fiasco... The Japanese as a whole won't go out into the street (they should but they won't) If the govt tells them to stay home and eat 1500 calories a day by and large most of them will.
Japan has had 4 prime minsters in the last 6 years so change is the order of the day. Constant change and kicking the can down the road a ways.
What a complete mess these idiots in government have allowed their sponsors in the banking/corporate world to make of our little country. I cannot help feeling that this was all created by design?! But the people of Ireland including the politicians and the media are still living in cloud cookoo land, many covering it up on purpose knowing the truth !! Great talk JB.

America is in a death spiral at the moment.

Fair comment . Debt slavery in the West is almost complete .
We have the obscenity of banking staff attending classes in Secondary Schools
here in Ireland & getting biographical details from students so that the moment
they reach 18 - unwarranted credit cards can be sent out to them .
It's a case of the old Jesuit mantra - ' GET EM YOUNG '
As a society we in Ireland - are totally indebted & emasculated as a result.
Truly sad. Many thanks. jb

Unfortunately this is indeed the case .
ALL GREAT ECONOMIC CRISIS BRING POLITICAL CRISIS IN THEIR WAKE .
This is a fundamental historical law .
We have just entered our economic crisis in Jan 2011 . Up until then it was all talk.
It will peak over the next few years . Our economic crisis is huge - by any standards.
The political crisis it will bring , will also be huge.
WE will indeed -- NOT recognise our country in 5 years time.
Many thanks. jb

USA multinationals take 34 Billion Euros out of Ireland every year .
They then launder that money through our IFSC & spread it across
the world , in offshore accounts so that they DO NOT HAVE TO PAY
ANY UNITED STATES TAX ON IT.
The IRS in the US , reckons at least 2 Trillion Dollars is being held offshore
by various USA corporations - yet they DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.
THE USA IS TOTALLY RUN & CONTROLLED BY THE WALL STREET
& THESE GIANT CORPORATIONS .

The scenario you suggest - is DEFINITELY the most likely outcome.
No one can predict the future with any real degree of certainty -
but the fragility of the European Banks is the KEY to all of this.
As Irish citizens we will simply survive in a seriously austere future -
HOWEVER -- OUR LITTLE COUNTRY WILL NOT ----
IRELAND WILL BE TOTALLY ABSORBED INTO EUROPE .

If the US government JUST APPLIED ITSELF TO THOSE FEW ISSUES
IT WOULD BE WELL ON ITS WAY TO REBUILDING ITSELF.
Obviously it will not do that , because effectively the US government
is already almost totally controlled by WALL STREET & these same
mega corporations . It is NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING WHICH MIGHT CHALLENGE
THESE ORGANISATIONS . POLITICAL POWER NOW RESIDES IN WALL STREET
& THE BOARDROOMS OF THE USA --- NOT WASHINGTON.

America is the largest Industrial Power in the world.
At present its economic future is under direct attack from mega Corporations
both inside & outside the US .
In order to resolve many of the key economic problems facing the US -
a small group of key issues have to be challenged .
Firstly get your armies home - this would save Trillions each year.
Stop your US corporations hiding their profits offshore .
Recommence building your Industrial base & National Infrastructure .

Dollymix001 8 months ago
@Dollymix001 It's NOT wishful thinking! It would take less than 100 organized, armed men to overthrow the government. Once a few of the traitors to the Irish people are laying dead in the street, the Army and An Garda Síochána will do the right thing.
This is all VERY simple: You're all being ruled by a cabal of greedy sociopaths who will stop at nothing to protect THEIR way of life and THEIR families. It's either YOU or THEM.
P.S. Who's going to stop the Irish? The US military? LOL

Thank God Britain is not in the Euro.
mynoon1999 8 months ago
@mynoon1999 But how can it be the fault of the Germans mate, your country borrowed the money at the rates & conditions given....You can't beat-up the Bank Manager & call him an Rsole after you sign the loan agreement.
We(the UK) had enough problems of our own with the mickey mouse Euro & the other EU countries in the past.
TheDickPuller 8 months ago
@TheDickPuller I blame the Germans because they control the Euro and the ECB, and their banks have the most to loose from a Greece and Ireland default. So the Germans are putting on the huge interest rate, so their banks get their money back faster, but in doing so they are fucking Greece and Ireland over.
mynoon1999 8 months ago
@mynoon1999 With the greatest respect mate, that's the way the system works. When you go 'cap in hand' you'll always get shafted. There's adverts on British telly, in 2011. Where companies are offering short term loans at 4230% APR............Not 4.230% but 4,230%. Now, given the mess of every country's economy, why are the governments of every country not reforming their Banking systems??...............Now that we here in the UK have a very large share of the Banks, we should reform them.
TheDickPuller 8 months ago
@TheDickPuller Ireland didn't go cap in hand it was forces to get a loan, Greece when cap in hand and then the Germans didn't want to know, until they found out their banks were in the shit as well. Yes the loans on TV are just wrong, I agree we should cut the banks up to stop this from happening again, but the crap Labour government put 2 of our biggest banks together. Labour under Brown really was crap.
