Nope, when your order one you get a fully built one on delivery, as all other gaming consoles :) In the video there's only the "devboard" version shown, so without the external case (which is still being made), keyboard and other parts. It's just the bare minimum + screen + the pads that ED put up on his board :)

You might get away with it but it would be a reason to block it in Germany if anyone would care to take action.

The way things are progressing over here, we will soon have almost as much free speech as China.

They are about to introduce web filtering under the excuse of preventing child pornography, however they keep pointing out Scandinavian countries as the model for it and those seem to heavily abuse the filters for all kinds of censorship, including one political case.

Quake is on the index in Germany, which means it's illegal to make it available to minors (look up BPjM on wikipedia). Since this video is linked from the official German Pandora website, they could get into trouble in Germany if they showed it uncensored. Yeah, censorship in Germany sucks ass!
