@PlayaIonel no, they're all the same as far as I know, except for the keys, but I'd check with Yamaha to be sure as I've not owned either of them. I have the old Motif 6 classic.

I've owned one of these for over two years. It constantly both frustrates and delights. Learning the motif is like learning a new language. But the sounds are simply superb and the power and flexibility are deep . Just starting to get with the DAW connectivity. Wish it had better integration with pt but I'm getting better with cubase. When I bought it I played everything available and chose it for its ability to work in almost any genre. Even today I have zero regrets . Best in class

To me that "Scat Choir" sounds the same as the PSR9000/Tyros/Tyros2/Tyros3 "Live! Vocal" choir. So I dunno what's new about that.

After watching and reading a lot of informative videos and articles, I still can't decide which is better. Motif XS or Fantom G. *sigh*

But the s90xs has all the motif xs tecnology isn't it?! all the sounds.. if I'm not mistaken it only don't sample and don't have the vocoder even having a mic port. Plz correct me if I'm wrong cause I have a motif xs but am thinking of buying a graded hammer 90 xs

I have both. The M3 offers a nice variety of sounds plus more options for inspiration with KARMA and drum tracks. The Motif XS sounds great as well, but the user interface and file system aren't as easy to use as the M3.

You can just paint it in black. You'll need just to dismount completly the chassis to perform that.

Sound-wise, probably the Tyros III, but the way you get around on the Tyros III is very different than the Motif XS OS/interface. Plus the Tyros III is only available as a 61-note keyboard. if you'd lioke a Tyros III w/88 weighted keys, you;d need to consider something like a Yamaha clavinova (I think).
