hi i had the same experience where i was usein hard water to wash my relaxed hair i had apl hair and it broke off th sholder lenght,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i stopped usein and started usin rain water as i live in jamacia amd six month later am at apl + lenght.
I recently purchased a 5ltr bottle of distilled water for £2.49 (approximately) in Makro and I also saw distilled water in Halfords and Asda. Hope this info helps and thank you for your advice, I never thought of using distilled water to wash my hair before but I do spray my hair with it twice daily and I use it to make my leave-in conditioners as tap water starts to smell after a while.
I was also told that you could wash your hair with shampoo and baking soda, rinse with water and then rinse with distilled vinegar and then water again. Not too sure about doing this being that I dont want to smell like vinegar!
You couldnt have said it better. You are absolutely right about well water. I have had well water for 2 years ( we moved) after having city water my whole life. My hair was long, wavy, healthy, thick and full. Now it's thin, dry, two-toned, split all over, breaks off and falls out in huge clumps!!! Also, I get a really disgusting build-up on my scalp that wont come off without using Malibu Wellness products. I hate well water! I really, really hate well-water.
what if you just want to use tap water what is the best shampo and etc. what is the best product to help your hair? sorry i don't have the money to get the water.
I really can't say what the best shampoo is for your hair without knowing your hair type and condition. Try viewing my shampoo vid. If that doesn't help just let me know and I'll try my best to help you out. Thanks for watching! :)
