@AkiraMizuo You need to get completely new hoses for a turbo conversion. Not sure about gear box and all that other stuff but you also need to learn how to control a turboed car..

@totalrace im not shure but this sounds the same as what happend to my feul injected bmw, tho not as bad, wt happend with myne was the solid cam chaser wore down over time and wolud come off the cam shaft as the valves fully opend, when the cam chaser hit back onto the cam shaft it would make a "tick"

it made no diffrence to power or fuel consumption. i dont know alot abou cars, and im not saying that you are rong, im just saying

@HD13POWER there is no such term as gear limit. you can brake it at 500n/m and not brake at 1500n/m, it is all dependant of too many variable including tuning, traction and turbo hardware. 4.4L V8 with proper mods could give as much as needed power, there is no exact list of parts required. every tuning company has its own guess and experience on how motors should be built. i think it could handle well at least 1500 engine hp on race fuel with proper parts and mods.

@HD13POWER Main limiting factor in such engines is alluminium blocks that starts to flex and leads to bearings damage. Similar V10 blocks from Gallardo, for instance, could hold up to 2000hp these days, probably this one not worser. You wanna check? ;)
