Thank you. I am 11 now. At my dance studio i am learning alot of new jumps and stuff. It is nwo my sixth year of ballet. At my studio we have a rectial and have a theme for thr ballet. This year is circus and my group gets to show off all are dance moves cause we are the oldest class. Ballet is soooo fun. When igrow up i want to be a teacher of ballet. Do you think i could grow up to be that?

@yoyogirl90 i just dont understand how you think ballet is FUN? ballet is grueling if properly trained... SEVERAL hours of severe training and constantly being reminded of your body... the loneliness. i just dont understand. you must be american?

if you dont love what you are doing then why do it? the best dancers love what they do and have fun with it. if you dont have fun it shows on your face and nobody wants to watch a person like that

Sure you can, honey. I'm turning 18 this February and I'm training the Vaganova style :) As long as you have your heart with it, you can do anything :D

I wish my daughter went to that kind of school instead one she go now, where I have to pay £4000 p.a for "kraft" ballet. Vaganova and other Russian ballet school are honest-and you can see the result! There are perfect!

Ilya, do you know why in the center the russian school does petit adagio immediately followed by tendu battement au milieu?

In our Academy's we (teachers) use our one combinations. Sometimes we use old masters com. but usually our's.

I adore this combination. Ilya which teacher have hade this class. And is this an original exercise from Vaganova or (from the scrapbook of one of the dancers that they made the DVD from) or is it a new one?
