I have no doubt that Bryant is innocent, though I am not sure if Dyson was the guilty party, but it was someone was very skilled with a weapon. Something Martin Bryant wasn't. Everywhere you look in this case there is overwhelming circumstantial evidence that a transparent Royal Commission required immediately. The fact that the today and future governments will continue to ignore our consititutional rights and provide the people of Australia a RC or a fair trail for Martin Bryant is enough proof to all Australians that PAM was a delibrate scam to make us heel to Gun Control Laws. This is happening because there was no trial. People have not seen the transparent justice take place. There was never a closure, Bryant said he was not guilty then changed to guilty. People never saw any evidence in court and this is the main reason why those groups are still there with full right wanting to know what happend.

called 'Rick'. Police and the media have put forward the idea that 'Rick'
was actually the hostage, Glen Pears, but that is not correct.

After reading the Police negotiator tape transcripts, we realise that
Martin Bryant knows Rick quite well, has met 'Rick's wife', is aware of
the family connections and that the family resides in Lauderdale, and that
Rick is a top member of the Tasmania Police SOG's. It also becomes
obvious that Rick was running the show. Then with other information we
were able to identify Rick as being Mick Dyson, or to use his full name
and title, Sgt Michael Charles Dyson of the Tasmania Police SOG.
