Funny, I was a student in Madison when that song came out. Why no recommendations for actual bars? There were at least a dozen bars back in the day I'd frequent with my friends: Jenna's, 602 Club, Echo Tap, Amy's, Black Bear Lounge, Essen Haus, the rathskeller, Club de Wash. Frat parties are WEAK.
