@bidgeums I totally agree upon that, but you are missing one huge fact; 98% of all bodybuilding videos are about the bodybuilders performing their sport, training at the gym. Usually when theyre not training, they talk about the sport they perform. And honestly, who goes to the gym just to have a good laugh? Not many. Point is that bodybuilding is... well bodybuilding. Its not quality time with friends and family, its working hard to become better, faster and stronger in the sport you love.
the footage is an excellent motivator, the music allows my mind to focus, and block all thoughts outside of the session...hardwork and passion can go a long way.

My grandfather has never done AAS, though he's been an average drinker and heavy smoker all his life. He's the exact same age as Arnold and my grandfather is going into dementia. He has had 4 heart attacks and he drifts into confusion every now and then each day.
Look at Arnold, Franco Columbo, Frank Zane, mike katz and Lou Ferrigno; All in perfect health, speaks clear and thinks clear like they weren't a year older than 40.
Now; Who said AAS are bad and will kill you? Hypocrites.
It's usually people that have made no progress lifting that complain about steroids.
