I like the triple redundent temp readings. I've ordered an 8 gal kettle with a ball valve and thermometer that one has to install. Pre drilled and all. Never brewed before and still doing homework. I have the immersion chiller and After seeing this I think an extra thermometer or two might be in order. What do you think about one of those hand held temp readers they use to read the temp of racing tires? I have a nice one from my racing days. Good vid by the way.
