I love Madonna and Niki...I have friends (Jamal Story) who have danced with Madonna. On my tour with LisaRaye a lot of the IATSE guys told me about working with Madonna and the only thing they said was she does not like you to look at her when she is going to the stage for concentration purposes. Look at Trump, and some of the other really wealthy ICONS maybe you have to be a BITCH or a DICK to really get ahead. From what I understand, Madonna fired Nicki Harris and the 2 currently have zero contact. Madonna is not a very nice person so Nicki has my sincerest sympathy for putting up with this woman for 15 years. What I don't understand is how she can go on TV though about talk about her former boss? Madonna's already had 2 very successful world tours without Nikki. "Re-Invention Tour" in 2004 was the top grossing world tour of 2004, and "The Confessions Tour" in 2006 became the top selling world tour by a female artist ever. Donna is still in all of Madonna's shows, but her backup singers don't have as big of role in her shows as they used to, so you don't see her as much.

Nikki wasn't around when Madonna became huge and really isn't needed. There are tons of other backup singers to take her place. Nikki nor Donna were apart of Madonna's first tour, The Virgin Tour, in 1985. They were both in the Who's That Girl World Tour, her second world tour, but both of them didn't become very prominent in Madonna's shows until The Blonde Ambition World Tour in 1990.

Madonna doesn't have time to deal with someone who doesn't agree with her artistic direction, so she put up with it for DWT, but decided not to ask her back for any further work.
