I agree with other comments DO YOUR HOMEWORK . Dubli is in the very early stages and will be a household word in years to come. How can it be on the Nasdec if it is a scam. Dubli has gone through stategic investigation . Look at all the other MLM which come and go so quickly . Why don't you do your homework you are the one who will lose. Dump dump dump!
Haha what are you selling champ in my first month i have made more and am happier than i've ever been doing mlm look at the ones tha dont supply products!!
i've been doing this as long as this angry guy and i can tell you this will be just as big as ebay and the stats show growing quicker than twitter and i have brought some amazing products at well over 50% Guys like this one are just scared they will loose there down line to a way better opp!! roll over champ lol
Camello52, good analogy. Consumers just need to be intelligent about making purchases. If you want to get a deal on DubLi then you not only have to pay attention to the cost of the item BUT ALSO the amount you paid in credits. If you pay more in credits then you save when you actually "win" an item - than shopping on DubLi isn't for you - much like the Costco card. If you pay for the membership but wind up not buying anything there - then you're losing money rather than saving.
If the consumer spends a credit and doesnt like the price in the Xpress auction was he bamboozled into loosing his money? What about a guy shopping at Costco? He buys a membership, walks in and looks at the items over the years on the TVs and never likes the price or purchases one. Was he cheated by Costco for selling him a membership, yet he doesnt buy very much from Costco? No, he wasnt.
A consumer that is Dubli credit conscious may only want to participate in the Xpress auctions. If the person spends a Dubli 80 cent credit, sees the current price and likes it, then they can buy it right then and there. No issues or trickery there. Its like the buy it now option on Ebay except you have to spend 80 cents to see the deal. Spend 80 cents and save $20 dollars, only the consumer can decide if it is worth it to him/her.
Consumers spend Dubli credits and may have nothing to show for it when using this Auction format. I dont think they are trying to hide any risk to this particular game auction either. There is a risk and a reward when actually winning an expensive item with a low bid. It also creates a huge buzz for someone else to try it.
Comments on Credits: Dubli is transforming a persons dollar into a membership like fee or the ability to participate in auctions by offering Dubli credits. I never though of it as being a fictitious currency at all. The purchased credits and receiving nothing / gambling with your money scenario are directed towards the Unique Auction format. Yes, there is no guarantee to winning the unique auction with your bid. Is there any guarantee to winning an Ebay auction?
They are tired of governments IRS squeeze; therefore try to keep the money earned outside of the US to also be under subsidiaries incorporated outside too.
Wow! First of all, Dubli IS a foreign company in the first place. So I guess any company operating outside of the US must be a scam because they are not subject to the same tax laws as US citizens. With that same train of thought, I suppose all businesses in Dubai and Cypress must also be illegitimate because they have a presence in a tax-shelter friendly country. If you are a foreign company why would you have ALL OF YOUR ASSETS and banking in the United States?

True point. However, when you run this type of operation with a compensation plan, you have legal issues with the current FTC rulings.

ROFLOL... Seriously you have me rolling. If you do any type of business in the USA you are subject to US laws.
And the sad things, is if the IRS can't get he founders outside the USA, they will go after the top US based distributors.
