If Anthony would just get his butt back IN this show (well, Next to Normal which is the modified Feeling Electric), as opposed to just assistant directing it, THAT would be amazing <3 Don't get me wrong, Asa was really good in the role, but just... NOTHING beats Anthony doing this song. He's so FIERCE!! It's the hand motions... and the wailing but extremely sexy voice... and the over all fact that he's friggin awesome :P

Can I just say: I am OBSESSED with the newest version of Feeling Electric, aka Next to Normal, currently playing at the 2nd Stage Theater off Broadway. The new cast is SO beyond brilliant it's not even funny. However, the ONE person who I still yearn for to be back in the show is Anthony. Asa Somers does a fantastic job as Dr. Madden, but NO ONE can beat Anthony. He's just fierce :) (that said, if you go see NtN you'll probably still see Anthony there because he is the assistant director now!:D)
there's an audio only bootleg of the production from the New York Musical Theatre Festival out there somewhere. (and i've heard there's also one from the original developmental production in seattle)

I think I see why they cut it. It had plot relevance but it sounds like a BigLippedAlligatorMoment, like a random Rock song.

there's an audio only bootleg of the production from the New York Musical Theatre Festival out there somewhere. (and i've heard there's also one from the original developmental production in seattle)
