Hey Scott, I have a problem of getting my wrists sore and tired out quickly when doing bicep exercises, so I can't work my biceps to the fullest. Is there any way to avoid that? Thanks.
ok i have always believed that i should do 10 to 12 reps with 3 sets for everything . but why should i not just do more reps like 15 is this bad for your muscels ? or will this make my muscels grow bigger for eg chest presses ?
@num1ubernacht As a general rule when you want to gain mass you do high weight low reps (6-8) and if you want to build more endurance and tone you do high reps(10-20) and lower weight.

@HomicidalDavid Its all genetics, some ppls biceps are better than others. Its the same for me, I got great triceps, shoulders, legs, chest and all that but my biceps dont grow the same as my other muscles.

How different is this exercise than doin the curl on a deeper incline with ur chest on the back rest and arms hanging? That one pretty intense too!. better? Worse? ? ?
@SysqoGuerra It depends where you want to hit your muscle, if you have a deeper incline, notice that the burn will feel in your bicep a bit closer to your shoulder and if you do it with less incline, you will still feel the burn in the upper part of your bicep, but less close to your shoulder. Depends where ou want to work out because this is an isolating exercise.
So do we no do one at it time? both at the same time right

Can anyone give me SOLID ADVICE for getting biceps stronger/bigger?
Before I seriously lifted weights, I went from 25 lb curls to 40 lb curls in a short period time.
Since I started doing compound lifts, my bench has gotten stronger, shoulder press, etc...
But my biceps stay the same! I really want to be one of them people that curls 55 lbs for 10 reps!
