no dude if you look on discovery channel the myth busters used incendiary bullets to blow up a propane tank, since normal bullets werent working. an incendiary bullet is a bullet coated with phosphorus (im not sure about the element its coated with) that when the hammer of the gun hits the back, it sparks and lights the bullet on fire.
