8.4 million pesos is a bit much because it appears they're not really keeping it in shape and up to standards (i.e. painting, proper maintenance, replace old fixtures, improve the exterior and grounds.) I saw bits of rust and some areas where they need to re-paint or varnish the wood, etc. It's not properly maintained by the property management because they try to cut costs. It's too bad because it's really a nice decent place if they maintained it properly.
I rented a two bedroom villa for three nights in Oct. 2010. I can't wait. I'll be there with the wife and daughter. A little R&R away from work for me. hehehehe
