Do you think it's possible to make your own fireworks fuse by lightly glueing some string and using the the crushed powder from sparklers?

@GBangaProductions idk i never tried this ;) but if u make it good it would work.

@GBangaProductions sparklers, that powder is magnesium and it burns at 1,200 f.

so yeah it will work as a great fuse. magnesium works really well at lighting thermite to.

@GBangaProductions I managed to make my own fuse while experimenting with pure powdered potassium nitrate--add about 3-4 tablespoons of KNO3; and about 7 single sheets of newspaper, and a bucket with some water. Do the same procedure with the ammonium nitrate smokebombs. When its dry, cut into the sized strips that you need, and enjoy! It makes a distinct "tsssssss" sound while burning, and smells very sweet; it also creates a little bit of smoke (very little amount)
