Hi Good video. I was wondering are you totally blind? My dad is and he has the Victor Reader Stream and the same case as you. You should have seen me trying to get the VRS in the case. haha Then I was like "Ooohhh" now I see the best way. I'm sure you know what I mean.(grin) Anyway my dad's reader just started saying please wait and it never did for the past 2 years. He asked me why? He had it serviced and when it came back it started saying please wait. I get his books from BARD. Lisa
