He has an unbelievable voice and talent. The way he sung this song is so unique and entertaining! This performance shows what he can make of really any song...He definitely has the X Factor! He can also be easily marketed...I see him as a Daughtry-type of artist. A very wrong decision from Nicole.

I was just thinking that he has a unique quality in his voice that reminds me of musicians like Otis Redding, and then I read on his official site that one of his musical inspirations was Otis Redding. That's cool. I love his original song as well.
He's a lovely singer and a great performer but unfortunately not memorable enough...which is sad because that means his story isn't sad enough, he's not douchey enough or funny enough such that voters will remember him. And we thought it was supposed to be about the talent...

I was just thinking that he has a unique quality in his voice that reminds me of musicians like Otis Redding, and then I read on his official site that one of his musical inspirations was Otis Redding. That's cool. I love his original song as well.

I agree! He's so good looking and his voice is captivating. I hope he sticks around a while. I'm surprised they didn't show his auditiion at all. They give so much attention to the other guys and some of those guys aren't half as talented as James. I guess we'll learn tonight if he makes it to the next round. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I never paid attention to him until he did this song. Needless to say i havent erased it yet. It's awesome and I believe he'll never work in a restaurant or crunch numbers again. He's a star right now, doesn't need any molding. Any record company could release his version of this song and it would be a number 1 single. I'd buy it. Good luck james, we'll be voting for you.
