Sir Alan said in the very first episode in the very first meeting "Some of you of course may be here because you're just good with words - because you say the right things". That one is Noorul. He looked brash in the opening titles, must have performed his way onto the show and that lasted for the first episode and that was it - a mute waste of space (and when he doesn't stay quiet he's even worse!)
