Yeah, the music is great and inspiring and sonny seems like a cool, and sincere person. But, isn't he also known for hating his fans? I've heard that he talks a lot of shit.

No, Sonny doesn't hate his fans. Sonny hate the fact that too many "fans" worship him instead of the one Sonny would have them to worship. He is humble and really doesn't like to be "idolized" even though he takes the lead with P.O.D..
