Yep. It's a virus website. I have McAfree SiteAdviser and it was red. Someone said:

Horrible site! Should be rated RED due to the fact that it redirects you to a RED site that makes unauthorized changes to your browser! DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE!

Yes, you are giving the link, but you did not make it. It`s like linking to a song.

You didn`t m a k e the song, therefore you may not claim credit for it.

However, You can claim credit for sending this, with permission f r o m the person who made it.

Your uncle works with them, but didn`t nessacarily make it. You`re only associated with your uncle, who didn`t make it in the first place.
