@MsRosieVelt You're welcome and thanks for watching :-) I've had type 1 diabetes since age 14 due to hereditary. I know numerous type 2 diabetes and stress how they should control it because having to take insulin shots is serious. I didn't have a choice but I'm doing great in fighting this disease to the max! Great info!! Thanks for sharing. I'm what's call pre-diabetic and don't want to get to using insulin. I've lost weight to try to fight this disease.
