Insurance Companies are criminal Blue Shield has tried to pull the same crap on our child when he had an accident! We had to file appeals, contact our State Representative, They even changed our insurance & mailing address in the database to an older address but mailed the new insurance cards (which changed the physician & would've compromised the qualitiy of our child's healthcare mid treatment to the correct address which wasn't on file! The "Dispute Rsolution Manager" blew us off!
