  • This was interesting but the TITANIC music in the background could have been left out or changed .......all I could think about was freakin' Titanic....sorry .......but it was interesting~!

  • 3 is the magic number and i have a song to prove it. What evidence do YOU have, Christians?

  • @SpeakingSerpent We have no evidence that 3 is a "magical number" sorry to disappoint ya.

  • hm... you might mention it later in your vids but also the numbet threee is said and mentioned alot of times aswell.

  • Funny how ppl can be dumb enough to believe in religion ^^

  • @dumbo2021 Agreed. Thank God for the Bible and a living breathing relationship with the Creator!

  • @sleanos Sigh... hopeless case :) The answer is in the Bible itself, haven't you read it ? I mean come on... did you really give up common sense in order to become religious ? :(

  • @dumbo2021 SOrry friend, I came to my senses after reading the Bible. Religious is only a definition the ignorant give to those who profess a faith. The bible doesn't teach "religion" but a relationship with God. There is a HUGE difference. So many live in "bondage" to their religions and don't even realize it. And then there are many who live in ignorance or denial about the Bible and what it teaches. Which do you live in friend?

  • @sleanos Ok, so you claim that the bible teaches you the relationship with God,right, this verse speaks for itself:

"If a man lies with a male as with a women, both of them shall be put to death for their abominable deed;they have forfeited their lives." Leviticus 20:13

And you think I'm ignorant because I refuse to profess blind faith in something that claims the earth is flat, or 6000 years old, etc ?Now you tell me,who is living in ignorance and denial ?Read your Bible and use common sense !

  • @dumbo2021 I'm sorry friend, but you quote something you don't even understand. Can you understand that the text also teaches that at THAT time that the that specific law was given, the Jews were living in a true theocracy? Then read about the history of Israel in the next few books... all the way to the time of Christ. *sigh* common old ignorant arguments. You want to have a REAL discussion about the bible, more than happy to and via Skype if you like. Let me know.

  • @sleanos Alright, would be really interesting, But I don`t have skype, do you mind using msn messenger ?

  • @dumbo2021 I haven't used messenger in years. Does it let you do video chat now? If you can't use skype, then how about google chat? Basically something with audio/video in it other's we'll be typing volumes of information. Been there done that, just want to save us both some time.

  • @sleanos You can have video/audio conversations on msn now, I'll pm you my address.

  • @dumbo2021 ok cool

  • @zkilz1 Agreed/. The Bible says the very same thing which is why we need Jesus in the first place.

  • so...god gave us freewill...but made a divine plan?

  • @zkilz1 Yes. He allows you to live the way you want to here and now. But when the judgment comes only those who have learned what it means to trust in the Savior will have the gift of immortality.

  • @sleanos but haven't we proved that immortality is a bad thing? over population...and stuff like that? oh and who wants people to go all highlander "there could only be one!" thing going on? we all know that people can't get along...even if they are immortal

  • @zkilz1 Haven't proved anything. A universe of immortal beings with the love and peace of Jesus... getting along and exploring the universe will be no problem.

  • @sleanos who said they could go to space? or for that matter explore the universe? if there is life in other planets they could have not heard of god and bloop...they be gone...that for sure would make someone go insane

  • @zkilz1 You really need to study the bible sometime friend.

  • And 7 million innocent fetus's were aborted in the wombs of drowned mothers when god flooded the planet so that Noah could go on his boat ride.

  • @NedRacine Interesting. so you're God and you could see into the hearts of those parents and into the future lives of all those children to make the determination that they were all going to be found innocent..yes? You ignore much of what is written that explains why God did what He did and the spiritual significance of what the Lord is telling us through those past experiences. Read the story of Sodom & Gmorrah again.. the Lord is merciful yet rules justly.

  • I have read the bible but dont understand it as i am not that good at reading and then theres parts that just seem to contridict also how do we know which faith is the right one I do belive theres a God but often see the evils that have come from religion

  • @formidablepower keep searching and diggin in the Bible and ask God to lead you. Check out the rest of the videos in my section as well if you find them helpful.

  • @sleanos cheers will do

  • Seven is the number of perfection or completion.

  • @Philos2006 "what is possible and what it is impossible"...explain to me how the existence of an ultimate creator is impossible. It is impossible to have an earthly being that can do what God can, agreed. But, if this God is all that existed, and just decided to create an earth, wheres the lack of reason in that? God is real, this earth is but a small reflection of his reality.

  • Extarodinary claims requires extraordinary evidence. What can be asserted without proof can be disproved without proof.

  • The extraordinary evidence you seek is in the time/date prophecies (there are at least 3 main ones). That is your proof in light of what history confirms and archaeology tells us for the biblical writings authorship dates.

  • Just because someone writes something doesn't make it true. If someone 2,000 years from today finds a Harry Potter book and say, see I told you so, this is what the author wrote. LOL, I understand your logic though.

  • Agreed. Now take sometime to actually look into the evidence. Study the scriptures and then check the dates of authorship, then check what history actually confirms. What you've stated is kiddie logic and you have taken a rather insulting stance on behalf of Christian understanding of biblical inspiration.

  • Well, my "kiddie" logic appealed to your "kiddie" beliefs. I didn't insult anything, just merely used an anaolgy, sorry if you were offended. Dates are critical when it comes to the bible, especially the OT Mosaic Laws which eeriely correspondes with the Egyptian book of dead which was written centuries before Exodus occured, oh and by many different authors as scholors have come to recognize as the "J" "E" "D" authors of the OT as history actually confirms (and theists)

  • Let me guide you a little here... study the prophecies in the Book of Daniel and the book of Revelation. Take into account the respected dates of authorship by scholars not critics and then confirm the events with history. This is a starting point. Similarities to other "pagan" religions is irrelevant. We would expect this. No other religious "book" is at least 1/3 prophetic like the protestant Bible.

  • Well I'm not studying the book of Revelation because I have a KJV & we know that King James went through & decided what he wanted in the bible and what he didn't want, so I'm missing some vitial information.I will now tell all the Catholics-one of the original denominations-that the protestant bible trumps their NJB, & all the baptists that the protestant bible trumps their KJV and let's not forget about the Mormons. Question- why are there so many bibles and denominations but only 1 truth?

  • Now take the time to investigate the differences between the King James Bible and the Jewish Tanakh and early New Testament writings. They are virtually identical in translated meanings. The issue you are bring up is hardly a valid one to keep from studying the Bible. The answer to your question why so many bibles and denominations IS found IN the Bible, but if you aren't willing to study it through for yourself... you'll never be convinced otherwise.

  • @sleanos Study the bible, and lose your faith, like me. That will certainly happen if you study the bible like any other book.

  • @lizazoon That's too bad. Would it be alright if I prayed for you?

  • @sleanos : The more, the better

  • @lizazoon I just prayed for you. How is your faith these days?

  • Comment removed

  • @lizazoon Understandable. Can I recommend a really good prophecy seminar that you might enjoy and may reignite revival in your belief in the Word of God again?

  • Comment removed

  • @lizazoon I think you'll really enjoy these then. Yes you can take them over the pc. Visit bibleuniverse(DOT)com and take the free bible school courses from the top button labeled bible school. -Replace the (DOT) with an actual period- Youtube doesn't let us place urls in the comment boxes. Be of good cheer for the Lord loves you and as long as you trust him, you have the promise of eternal life with Him.

  • @sleanos

actually an interesting fact, a lot of people who completely read the bible leave christianity and go on to other religions or no religion at all... let me ask you sir, and be honoust, have you read the entire bible?

  • @lbIeesel In the last 4 years alone, I've read the Bible at least 3 times through, not including the countless hours of study done on various points in the Bible. (Correlated with tons of research from the various branches of science, business, ethics, religion, etc). It's exhilarating to know that the overwhelming majority of these branches of study simply positively verify and uphold the truths of the Bible. Have you really studied the Bible? A casual reading does little good for most people.

  • @sleanos most people that leave christianity is because they dont want to be told that they are wrong in their sin, most people would rather live by the flesh, then to pick up your cross and follow JESUSX, I see what ibleesel means but, like you said it takes real passion to read the bible, love to understand and get to know GOD, its not just a magazine you pick up, or that late night read, the bible is the WORD of GOD nuff said.

  • "7" is the sign of God for completness

  • His Word is Truth. Philos 2006, He is waiting to recieve you again. Don't let Satan steal from you what God has given you. Take it back my friend. He is the truth the light and the way. HIstory backs it up and so does observable testable science.

    I will pray for you.

  • The # 7 connotes the full mearsure of any given thing wherein it is used.

We need to take heed as we are approaching the 7th day of the sabbath rest.

  • when is the 7th day of the sabbath rest? more or less

  • Friday Sunset to Saturday Sunset according to the Bible.

  • that might have been an interesting discussion between you and Philos2006. too bad it wasn't here for all to see.

  • the number 7 is usually used in the bible to symbolize divine completeness.. The bible contains facts, facts of the past, of today & even in the future these facts will remain for these are truth, truth lasts forever- God is Holy and cannot lie, and surely He will become whatever is needed to fullfil His word..Not only because He has the power to, but because He is the God of truth and righteousness and love.. Don't let anyone overshadow the light God is shining upon you! GOD DOES LOVE YOU !

  • I don't mean to offend you, but if 7 was a number for divine completeness, shouldn't there be an obvious appearance of this number in our phisology? Like having seven fingers or a spider with seven legs? Just asking...

  • Great! Even better to have a discussion with; a fellow seminarian. So why did you leave or reject the faith. Be specific please. How do you explain away the very specific timeline prophecies in the Bible that reach before the time of Christ all the way to present day.. (Not just the what some may call "vague prophecies")

  • he's avoiding you!! lol

  • Hi Uranis7 - fyi: Philos2006 did contact me and we've communicated offline. I think he's investigating some of the materials I sent him. Keep him in your prayers please.

  • Of course, may I suggest you make a video about scientific facts in the bible. God bless you!

  • That'll definitely send some heat to the evolutionists on here... I just might ;) God bless you also.

  • Philos2006: And I appeal to you. Study. I've been where you are. I used to be agnostic/atheist. I'm a systems engineer/programmer where LOGIC/ROUTINE/COMMON SENSE RULE. The more I studied the Bible and the evidence in support of it, the more I realized how true it ALL is. Do not let the few things you in your finite understanding cannot explain turn you from that you can.

  • So even the errors and contradicitions in the bible are true? What type of logic are you using?

  • 1) The Bible is thought inspired, not word for word inspired since imperfect men did transcribe it.

    2) There are no contradictions in the protestant bible. There are in the Catholic bible and other bibles though.

I'm using the same logic God gave you, only I've applied it with an open mind to ALL of the arguments for and against it. How about you?

  • Common sense and experience tells me that people lie, especially people in power to control the masses. Many christian traditions are dervived by deliberate distortions of historical events like Mary Madelene being a prostitute and the celebration of Pagan holidays....I forgot there were all these versions of a "perfect" book that many religions use but all have a different idea of how to interpert it. I won't even try to figure out what type of logic you're using...

  • Now when you're done using the age old arguments against the Bible, take some time and REALLY look into it for yourself from different perspectives. Not all Christian faiths and understanding of the Bible are equal. God will guide you when you truly want to find Him.

  • If you don't want to adopt someone elses view, then read the little red words for youself and make up your own mind:

"Blessed are the poor in spirit; for theirs is the kingdom of heaven"

"Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted"

"Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth"

"Blessed are they which do hunger & thirst for rightousness: for they shall be fullfilled."

Seek it, find it, and be happy. Be the leader, don't be mislead...

  • No you're not biased at all. When's the last time you picked up a map, checked out an encyclopedia, or looked into archaeology records? Can't dismiss the bible just because you can't reconcile the miracles, for example.

  • If you ask a person to think of a number, the times they think of 7 is greatly overrepresented. So whats the strange thing about that the writers of the bible often use the number 7 when they tried to think of a number?

  • Very nice video, thank you!

    God bless you!

    Maranatha
