The DeLorean is such a simple car. It's a shame they're so expensive. If DMC didn't stop making them, then they probably would have been lowered in price.
@dragonbreathstinks Simple car? you're terribly wrong. The Lotus Chassis is not precisely simple.. (is not a live axle Trans Am...), the car has the radiator in front, and engine in the rear and lots of hoses, The electrics are very complex as well as the powerwindows. The doors use torsion bars to open (the strut is only a complement) and can only be adusted by a professional, and about the stainless you have to mantain it perfectly or will need to be rebrushed by a specialist again..
well the body is never gonna rust away!! so it will be there for many more years to come until he decides to sell it which i hope is soon because what a waste of great car
