I own this gun and love it. I shoot trap with it and would like Benelli to get the raised comb(s) out that they say will be available for it ... only a couple of years over due folks. Maybe I should post pictures of my Vinci with mole skin on the stock!!!
It suprises you how fast it cycles, light enough to really carry around all day. Wish I had waited for the super vinci but for 3 inch buckshot is still enough for hogs
Vince, If you need a girlfriend you're probably not financially ready to step up to a Vince. BTW, I just received my prize pack. Yeah, there's some junky stuff included but the blind bag is pretty good.
If you have a Vinci, go to the Benelli web site and win stuff. Just take the Vinci Challenge - assemble and disassemble your Vinci in under 15 seconds, take a video of it, and win a bunch of stuff. Cool. If I can do it, anybody can.

tried the Browning Maxus and the Benelli Vinci and bought the Vinci on the spot haha its an all around amazing gun just wish it shot 3 1/2's but other than that damn i love this gun.
@svkmrch75 it just felt right for me. I went to my local outdoors place and shouldered the vinci versus the maxus and the vinci felt right for me and also i read online that the NRA voted the Vinci the best all around gun versus the maxus and another shotgun but cant remember the name of it. I love the gun and I would honestly recommend it to anyone. I have the MAx-4 28" barrel and its extremely easy to clean and I shot a little over 100 sheels saturday (openeing day of dove season)
Awesome gun! Got mine about 3 weeks ago and love it! I've shot a Browning Gold Hunter for about 10 years and I love my Gold Hunter and I'll always have a place for Browning in my heart BUT, that being said, the Vinci is amazing. Feels great, swings real easy, very light, and kicks as little as my Gold Hunter or less. Plus, the takedown is unbelievably fast.
Beauty is as beauty does, but this looks like it Darth Vader should be weilding it. It's a gun designed by CAD engineers, not gunmakers! It's design forte is for ease of manufacture first and foremost. $200 worth of raw parts slapped together and sold for $1,400. Let's see if it will be in production for 90+ years like a Browning A5. If you want light recoil, go with a gas-auto. There are a few good ones out there. This is just plain FUGLY!
Quackersmacker13, I hear what you are saying about the recoil on your experience with Benelli's, but when you compare inertia driven (Benelli, Stoeger, Franchi) with gas operated (Remington, Browning, Winchester, Beretta) there is no doubt that gas operated is by far the softer kicking platform. I have owned both kinds and have first hand experience comparing them. I sold all my inertia driven shotguns and kept my gas operated ones for a reason.
birdhunter 1187, you are completely wrong about the kick on benellis. i use my grandpas SBE before they had comfort-tech and i shoot 3 inch blackclouds at ducks, and 3 1-2 inch magnum turkey loads at gobblers in the spring, and i do fine. oh, by the way im 5 foot 2 and 90 lbs.
Maxus hands down. Benelli's, and yes even the new Vinci, all kick like a mule. They are way over priced for what they are. I have shot and hunted with a lot of semi-autos and I would not touch an inertia driven gun with a10 foot pole. I see and hear buyers remorse on them all the time.
Well im not knocking Benelli's,but i had my share of problems with my Stoeger M2000,(Also Inertia Driven.)So i am a fan of Beretta..Very well crafted guns they are...And they kick like 20 gauges...Light aswell.
Well it holds the world record for being the fastest autoloader, its super light, the active valve system allows for alot less recoil(60% less). Also all the excess gases are sent through the valve system keeping your action cleaner, it's alot easier cleaning the removable valve then it is trying to scrub inside the action.
It comes with 2 shims for length of pull, and a few shims to change the angle of the stock. its one hell of a shotgun, id give u a list of con's, but im not really sure there are any, atleast not for me, definetly give it a second look if you havent already, oh and one more thing, its cheaper thans the vinci and maxus, got mine on sale for about $975.
Can't handle 24 grams clay pigeon shots? nty.

quackersmacker13 2 years ago
Well, they kick like mules compared to the Maxus, SX 3 or Xtrema 2. But they are very light kicking for inertia driven guns.
murderkid200 2 years ago
And if you shot a gas-auto you'd be doing better than fine, it would feel like feels like the gun is massaging your shoulder not kicking it.
murderkid200 2 years ago
You should change this video, there is no Vinci II. However, you shouldn't listen to birdhunter, it is a fantastic gun.
