It's really more of a question of mentality. In Switzerland, all households have guns and by law, you have to practice with them a certain number of times each year (at least). However, very low crime and murder cases involving guns.

It's really more of a question of mentality. In Switzerland, all households have guns and by law, you have to practice with them a certain number of times each year (at least). However, very low crime and murder cases involving guns.
Looking at the hicks and hillbillies in the South - I wouldn't trust 99% of them handle Super Soackers or Fisher's toy guns ... they just end up hurting themselves and others.

im in California. The second ammendment is just something we read about in the history books. as it stands right now with all the bans etc we can still open carry a gun in unincorporated areas if it is UNLOADED. Like the citizen bellow me mentions. Event in this case where it is legal there is no way you can actually do it. The deputees will kick your ass and not get in trouble even though you were acting legally.
