You're wrong Fordcougar99, if you get stuck in the summertime you get charged with an accident but not in the winter...I got stuck 2 times in 4 years driving and I have a 4 year safe driving award..

Must depend on the Location, granted I got towed out twice, and was not charged, but if a driver

gets stuck in someones "driveway" as this video shows, then yes you can get charge because he "shouldn't have gone down a driveway"

I moved to FL, so I don't have to worry about getting stuck in snow anymore... just sand.

Thanks for Helping the UPS driver.. as you may have found out, a UPS driver will get charged with an accident(UPS puts it on his record) if they get stuck and require a professional TOW..
