Could someone offer me any suggestions. Im running 3.52M33-3 on my fat psp and i wanted to update it to 3.71 to play the newer ISOs. After trying with custom 3.71, 3.80, and 3.90 Im still left with 3.52M33-3. Every time i try to update, it shoots me to a black screen with no text, sits there for a while, and then shuts off. Yes you will need pandora and more specificly youll need Despertar del Cementerio V4 Pandora which will directly install 3.80M33-5 and from there you can install other custom fws.

ok so what the fuck is this M33, i'd say this isnt the way for asking help, but as for the answer for it: Moskou 33 is custom firmware made by a hacker. This firmware makes it possible for you to run homebrew applications on your psp and use iso's and cso's to play games from ur memmoy stick

its very simple to customize the fw its mostly done through USB and direct access to the flash so you just drag and drop files into the PSPs flash. there are a few guides on PSPhacking101

.Also if you have the Pandora batt then you don't have to worry about bricking for 2 reasons custom fw have built in recovery mode which will help with semi bricks and a Pandora batt if you really screw up the flash.
