Giganotosaurus could never defeat Tyrannosaurus Rex, Tyrannosaurus Rex had a bigger brain and a much stronger bite force than Giganotosaurus had, Giganotosaurus will never be crowned king.

@92af Still, T-Rex was announced to be a scavenger, due to its incapibility of standing up if he would fall down during a chase. Also, I believe his leg muscles weren't really designed to chase prey at high speed. So it doesn't seem to be a hunter, although its biteforce says different.

@cf572 It really was like 5 seconds after I posted the comment when I found out. XD It does make a bit of sense though... I mean, hyena's have the strongest biteforce of any landanimal on earth today and they're mostly (not totally: MOSTLY!) scavengers, and T-rex had the strongest bite from any landpredator of his time. So yeah... it's not that weird to think. :)

If there were any sauropods left in T-rex's territory, they would've been hunted by THE KING as well!

Since Ceratopsians and Hadrosaur species were the remaining huge "walking steaks" around in the late Cretaceous, T-rex had to be content with the menu!

gigantosaurus may have won. but it's size is no match for t-rex's good eyesight. spinosaurus had a skull like giga. they were not straight and it would be difficult to see. t-rex would have beaten both.
