This reminds me of my sheltie Skippy and my sister's puppy Molly Ringwald who is a terrier/schnauzer mix and how they play. We had to pet-sit her for several weeks while my sister got her new house set up, even though we had been around Molly a lot before that. Her and Skippy would go ballistic and chase each other all over the house and yard. Skippy usually acts a lil awkward around other dogs but she brought him out of his shell and they are always best friends.

Probably by about 10 months Wall-e got most of his coat. It's still growing now, though -- with most shelties their coat stops growing/developing at around 2 years. Wall-e was almost 8 months old in this vid.

We used to call that "insane mode" at our house. Both our girls went to the Rainbow Bridge this year - I'm sure they are doing the same in the clouds.

It must be so hard to lose them...I can't even imagine. Mika and Wall-e are my first dogs so I haven't experienced the death of a dog yet, but it's something I'm really, really not looking forward to....

That's so good of you to choose to rescue!! We were VERY close to rescuing to a puppy mill sheltie too, but circumstances made us decide that it wasn't the best choice for us. Luckily him and his brother got adopted out to the same home, which I'm sure he loves.
