They don't hate Michael or Jerry. Jerry Bruckheimer is a great producer and I respect that. On the other hand, Michael is a great director as well as a producer in his own right. There is a lot of criticism about Michael in what he does in his movies. The point is everyone needs feel free about their own opinions. There are some movies that he makes who they like or dislike and that's all there is to it.

That is where I defend these director's, as they all have some of the best techniques and use revolutionary methods, but are often hindered by a bad screenplay. I personally wouldn't even call all of Bay's films crap, but The Island and RotF were pretty brutal.

Michael Bay is such an ass. He obviously has tons of talent, but he has no attachment to his films whatsoever. They're all done by committee for one purpose: maximize profits. I guess those kinds of films are necessary for the industry to survive, but it still bugs me.

Yes, I agree. I wish they'll make another movie together; hopefully, they'll put Bad Boys 3 together after Michael will do Transformers 3. Right now, Michael claims that he and the writer, Ehren Kruger, who did the second Transformers has a good story for a third one. Not sure about the other two writers, Alex Kurtzman and Bob Orci, that they're coming back for the third one. They might do it and they won't.
