there is a disconnect between the lead singer and the band, Bono doesn't believe in it anymore, his passion and his edginess has gone,he looks so uncomfortable, is he a stand in? It is understandable and totally natural for a 49 year old to feel a little silly up there , when there is so many more important things to do. The album was great..keep making great albums. The show a parody of a rock band , going through the motions. From mike a big U2 fan.

I was there at both Milan shows, AMAZING! Moment of Surrender is the perfect closer, it's a spiritual moment, hauntingly beautiful. Bono's very much into it, he seems to love the song a lot. True beauty, especially the second verse. Only thing I miss is the "God do not deny her" part, don't know why he's never singing this one live. Great great show, U2, amazing tour!

From the first chorus to the end of the song, it is perfect. However, the intro and first verse need work. The bass needs to be more featured in the verse, and Edge should stick to the piano for that to happen. I think the drums should cut out for Bono's first couple of lines, and then kick back in. The first few lines sound a bit hurried. Also, cut out one verse of the 'oh-oh-oh'.
