The fathers names doesn't have to be listed,it's not automatic,but MJ did sign them himself. MJ did not adopt them and Debbie was already pregnant with Prince before they got married,the only reason they got married was the media found out she was pregnant.And MJ didn't marry Blanket's mother. @Bfoots He was married to Debbie Rowe when she gave birth, so his name was put on their birth certificates. That's how that works. The state assumes that the husband is the father. Now if that husband or some other man  wants to challenge or contest that he would have to go to the court and ask them to order a paternity test. Once paternity is determined the birth certificate can be reissued with the biological father listed as the other parent

Prince Michael Joseph Jackson Junior is named after his great grandfather, grandfather & his dad. Paris-Michael Katherine was named after the country she was conceived in, her dad & grandma. Besides, I have a lot of biracial cousins who look a lot whiter than PPB Jackson....just sayin.

He wanted kids with her and she didn't, so Debbie Rowe said that she would carry his children if Lisa Marie didn't and that's what happened. Lisa Marie told Oprah this in an interview. Now, if MJ wanted to adopt children, he would have adopted Lisa's kids or got more and stayed with Lisa anyway!

Melanin is not only a chemical that gives us color but it is what gives us thicker and stronger facial features and hair texture. When we consider that MJ had these kids with an all white woman, it makes sense that the children will come out not looking as mixed. Mike, Debbie, said that they are his biological kids and I believe that they are completely his!

I think, prince has some personality-scores that let him not fit so well into the Jackson-family as, let's say, esp. Blanket or Paris (Paris is also diff. to Michael, but she is well adapting). I also feel some concurrence btw. the older siblings and Blanket. The older two kids always walk together, holding hands....they never include the young Blanket!

Problem with designating what a mulatto is supposed to look like is there's an assumption that the most recent ancestors are 100% sub-Saharan African descent. The fact is if a black person's ancestry can be traced back to when the slaves were 1st brought to this country, chances are there will have been mixing of blood over time.

For example, my genetic ancestry is comprised of Filipino, Spanish, Dutch, & Chinese. I "look" Filipino, but have cousins who have light hair/skin/eyes & tall. Lucky.

I agree blythe50. My friend, who's blonde & grey/blue eyed white girl has a son with a black man (no, he does not "look" mixed already) & their son has blonde wavy hair, grey eyes & very light complexion.

Speaking of Joe, one of his grandfather's was white which is why he's got green eyes. This would make MJ 3rd generation mixed. There's also Native American mix on Joe's and Katherine's side of the family. You add to that mix Debbie's "white" genes and you get ... anything goes!

Just a small correction to your info:

According to the Mayo Clinic, vitiligo starts to appear between the ages of 10-30 (as it did with me).

There are pictures out there of Prince having white patches on his right and left hands. I don't know if they're all real or not, but there is a very clear picture of Prince's left hand on MTV(dot)com (MJ memorial photos - picture #48). There are white patches on his left index and pinky fingers which I was able to see on TV as well.
