You just said that all they do is flip the sprites (Which I knew). And it's for the god damn PS3, it's not like they have some technical limitation like they were developing it for the SNES or something. They have plenty of memory and shit to work with.

Drawing two sprites and programming them to play during that bouncy little jump is too much?

But by this time, you figure they're making the sprites more detailed, why not give the overworld sprite a little care as well so he doesn't look absolutely ridiculous. when he jumps.

And again, this is Disgaea, and I'm not expecting like, top of the line graphics that push the Ps3 to its limits.

@hymi9898 there are some cameo(guest) characters from the previous disgaea's which could make the game more enjoyable as in putting a smile on your face seeing the old characters,but no it has "nothing" to do with the previous Disgaeas.I recommend you get it,it's the best disgaea so far(gameplay is the best story is 2nd best,best story being disgaea 1)
