They gave K Hovind 10 yrs, simply cuz he was inflicting too much destruction upon Evolution. It must be true cuz the most gargantuan joke possible is for the IRS to call anyone criminal. The only reason they have the excuse for coming down on you for not having your paperwork in complete order, is because each year, they engage in doing a ridiculous amount of paperwork. That way Americans are more likely to get ripped off because they change the 1 million page tax code each year...but its legal

2: Good point, history can't really be believed too 100%. That's why to believe we look at the certain point in history from different angles and from various perspectives to get a good view of what really happened.
