I do not know when this show stopped being funny, but it did happen before this clip was posted, and the show is *still* not funny today.

I do not know whether to blame the writers, the actors, or the lack of proper directing or producing....but in the end they are all worse people for not quitting the show by now.

I think you need to watch more than one season of this drivel, and then go watch the first few seasons, when there was a different focus on joke writing and talent scouting.

I'm not saying that everything that is old is better than new...but this show as a whole is not funny now, and has not been funny for some time. And every skit out of the last few years that has been funny came from individuals or small groups that do better on their own, like TheLonelyIsland.

(Thanks to Netflix) And I know that some of the sketches completely bomb, but what you have to remember is that this is a live show with only a week to prepare, so it's understandable. And of course, they've gotten new writers over the years with different senses of humor.

But i agree, the best ones seem to come from TheLonelyIsland. (Although Weekend Update, if you can count that as a sketch, it's pretty funny as well.)
