You got your Forced Entries mixed up: the version you cover here was released in 1972, and was directed by Shaun Costello. The remake you mention was the one actually released in '75 and directed by Jim Sotos. The footage you show and the film your describe/review is the 1972 version.
listen guys i need ur help their is this movie i caught on hbo once about this killer priest that was murdering people in the 1800 and was captured and imprisoned in the basement of a church/cemetary he was released by some kids 100yrs later and goes on a killin spree at a debutante ball i need the title of this movie doe it ring any bells?
I LOVE 70's and 80's horror/slasher movies. Alice Sweet Alice really IS a great one! I don't have much interest in watching Forced Entry - too disgusting for my taste, not to mention extremely uncomfortable. The last movie sounds interesting - I like its trailer quote, 'Rituals isn't a picnic - you're in for a big surprise'. LOL
@Bnjolly Try grabbing a hold of "The Initiation" and ""Deep Red". They are two slasher films that tend to fly under the radar (technically speaking, Deep Red isn't a slasher film, but that's another discussion for another day). Both are fairly well made and unpredictable, which is rare for films of this genre. :)
as long as you're gonna include (purely for completeness' sake i hope) i appreciate the way you commented on forced entry.

Thanks for posting these vids! I've only recently become interested in slasher films, so this is a great resource for finding new films to watch.
