You are right and is stupid the government just does not manufacturer some evidence and try him on that evidence. I mean everyday there are unclaimed body found in big cities, just take one about the right age and sex and then hire some forensic scientist with some packets of untraceable cash and they will testify it is Tracy then hey shoot it with a couple of bullets from one of his guns that police have and poof he is guilty and we can kill him. What else can you do but laugh? The government is so obvious here they are looking for anything to pander to public opinion and votes much like Mike Nifong wants the Duke Lacrosse players in prison for rape that is just politics to. The government here just needs to manufacturer some murder evidence on him and get on with the trial for murder and be done with it.
