  • i would prefer not music ,however looks fantastic,am going to give it a go.tq.

  • Done tonite for the first time! feel like gordon ramsey!

  • Son of a pancake those are beauts! U make me hungry...who wants pancakes? " ME! " well theyre all mine :)

  • Lb? Oz? Pints?

WTF are those measures? Why do even exist? Nnnnnnngh! *throws monitor at the window*

Grams, kilograms, mililitres and litres: that's all you need.

  • How Daebak... Delicious :P~

  • The dream pancakes ever! I'd Have them any day! i was wondering i want to cook them with my mum and want to use your recipe but mum wants to know what thing (stovetop) u were cooking it on?

    THX!:)

  • @lalalotusful It's called a gridle. It's just a hot grill plate. You would just use a good quality non stick pan.

  • Yummy!!

  • thank you its very nice hey guys make for my self

  • Yum! Drool

  • THEY LOOK DELICIOUS!!

  • My batter didn't rise do you know what i did wrong

  • how come the batter can look like a dough? O.o

  • these pancakes look so yummy and I can't wait to cook them tomorrow morning!

  • Boobies are just like pancakes, soft, sweet and you never can get enough!

  • I live in Viet NamI like it! Thanks so much. I will make it.

  • making pancake LIKE A BOSS ~

  • @learn2bake these look really good! can i let the batter rise for longer than an hour? 'cause that would allow me to make the batter at night and can cook 'em the next morning.

  • @143mark6275 You could try it but the batter would not be at its best. I think the results would not be so great. Best to get up an hour earlier!

  • just go to mcd!!!

  • what kind of milk did you used?is it fresh milk or evap milk?

  • just simple pancake :l

  • thumps up if you like the sound mix :)

  • can i use normal flour for the pancakes ?

  • yum yum!!

  • Crepes will beat pancakes anyway

  • my favorite part was when you fliped the pancake and it was brown, golden goodness

  • my favorite..."

  • nice v nice

  • Yeah your pancakes look the best out of everyone else I seen on youtube. Definitely about to favor your video. Also how high to turn up the heat when you do this??

  • @lilbrieze Start with your good quality non stick pan on a low to medium heat. When you add your first pancake turn the heat up a bit. If they look pale when you flip them turn the heat up more. If they are burnt turn the heat down.

  • awesome vid, great instruction... thanks for sharing

  • Hi! :) I was wondering if you were a baker or something? You do everything so fast, smoothly and perfect, you see! :D Love your scones and pancake recipe! Thanks a lot!!! However, if i don't have self raising flour, how many tbsp of baking powder do you suggest adding to plain flour? x

  • @eliiike Just add maybe an extra one tea spoon. See how that works and add more if you think it's needed.

  • @learn2bake thanks! and also, can i reduce the amount of sugar? and if so, what amount do you suggest? 2 tbsp or will that change the texture drastically?

  • How can I scale down the recipe for 2 to 3 people? Thanks!

  • @PluugIN Just half it. This will give you ten pancakes.

  • @learn2bake Every time I try and make pancakes, they brown on both sides but are uncooked in the middle, almost gooey. Is it because of the heat? Thanks for posting the recipe!

  • @Beautywithin5 yes. :) try medium heat and wait for lots of bubbles to fill the top side before flipping. hope this helps...continue adjusting heat till you find what works for you.

  • @humblewhitneypie Thanks!

  • @learn2bake Thank you. Tried it, and it was the best!

  • give me them now plz

  • how much is 0.6 liters converted to mililiters? pls awnser quick because i need to make this tommorow

  • @XXloverbabeXX1 Well there are 1000 ml in a litre so 0.6 of a litre would be 600 ml.

  • SONG????

  • pufff que buena pinta tienen.... :)

  • oh, those look so yammy! <3 better than what I've done so far... though they're yammy, too.

    what's the song called?

also, can I use lactose-free milk? my mom is lactose-intolerant and me too if I drink milk too much.

  • @Zinetha You can use soya milk. That would work fine I'm sure.

  • @learn2bake never tasted soya milk... at least here in Finland we have lactose-free cow milk. the lactose has been removed physically (somehow). with a different recipe the lactose-free pancakes were like normal ones. :) tasted the same (except too much of them won't make my stomach hurt) and looked the same, even same texture.

  • @learn2bake too much sugar, woman

  • Your pancakes look yummy like they've been photoshopped

  • I promise im not criticizing but i heard the batter isnt supposed to be smooth. Aren't the lumps supposed to make the pancake fluffier??

  • @goldangel100 I think you may be getting confused with brownies.

  • @goldangel100 when you've got a batter where butter (at room temperature) causes the lumps, it's going to make your dish fluffier. But when you've got lumps in pancakes, the lumps are lumps of flower and you don't want that :)

  • Just made em! Too much egg taste so next time I will add some more milk instead, Mine was very rare and split widely on sites. Can I add more flour to make it thinker? Will it still be fluffy? Oh and It did not rise as shown. Can milk be taken our of fridge or it should be room temperature? Cold milk and cold eggs could be the reason why it did not pre-rise. Anybody please?

  • if i don't use the baking powder but use the baking soda , is it ok?

  • YOU AIN'T GOT NO PANCAKE MIX!

    ( ^.^ )-

  • lol the video continues past 5:00....

  • *___________________*

  • those do look the best pancakes in the world. well done ....

  • lol

  • just did it and it worked great!...this music is not pancake music though...!

  • Looks easy to do BUT can someone provide recipe in metric units please!!! Thank you!

  • @michal03966 if you type in the american ones, google calculates them in metric, too

  • @Benefacez Thank u! Metrics are actually provided in subs :-) But they do not seem to work properly as I commented today. Eg - WIKI: The imperial pint (568 mL) is used in the United Kingdom and Ireland and to some extent in other Commonwealth nations. There are two customary pints used in the United States: a liquid pint (473 mL) and a less-common dry pint (551 mL). So which pint ar we talking? This actually applies to all components htat is why I've asked to be specific

  • That is NOT 3 TEASPOONS of Baking power !!! ??????

  • woa!!! this look yummy!!! love ur cakes

  • you must be asian

  • MOTHER OF PANCAKES!!!

  • how do i get the flipped side smooth like the other side? When ever i cook pancakes one side is nice and brown while the other has bubbles imprints and mismatched colouring D:

  • @DropDeadCurious Try reducing the heat a little bit and flip the pancakes a bit sooner that you have been doing. I think you have been cooking them too long on the first side.

  • please can i have the song name!! :D

  • @theianh41 i think its called lullaby or something by w.a. :)

  • forgot to say have made them three times in 2 days for Lent and is saved in favourites

  • 1st time i. watched this and saw he left batter for 1hr i thought is he crazy but doing this and then knocking it back makes super light fluffy pancakes not heavy floury ones

  • Did anyone see at 2:03 when he held the bowl he flipped us off???

  • Going to favorites, making them in the weekend

    Thank you good sir.

  • What is the song's title ? I love it ! <3

  • Comment removed

  • yayyyy i made my pancakes, lol but they not so good looking but delicious

  • is it ok if u dont add the pancake powder? cuz i dont have it right now

  • Great video! Made my mouth water and have a want for some pancakes! Never before seen a mixture such as yours. Hope to give it a try soon. Thanks for the show and receipe! Take care and GOD bless!

  • Is it just me or this looks sexy? lol

  • has anyone tried this recipe? does it taste nice?

  • i wanna take these pancakes behind the middle school and get them pregnant

  • what song did u use as background music i love it and awesome recipe

  • I love pancakes and I already know how to make them.

I also mostly love the ones that u made but not the burn ones I hate the burn ones :D

  • I'm from UK. When I did it the outside would burn and the inside would stay runny... Please help me!!!???

  • @hariupad007 I would say put it on a lower heat and try that.

  • @hariupad007 It sounds like your heat may be to high!

  • @hariupad007 Yes, these wise contributers are correct. Your heat is up too high. Make sure you have a good quality non stick pan and keep the heat on medium. If they stay pale, turn the heat up a bit. Persevere.

  • a pint of milk and three eggs!? jezz how many pancakes do you wanna make, to make a batch of four you only need a egg and a 1/4 pint of milk,

  • i accidentally glewed a potato to my tv.... tell me what i did wrong

  • Looks like sex

  • omg... looks so delish <3

  • i bet a lot of ppl from america are just like whats jam haha

  • Do you think it'll work with normal grained sugar?

  • Having a dance party! Totally forgot about the pancakes!

  • Thanks for showing the amount in litres and grams!

  • video ended, but music kept going until it ended

  • Add shitloads of butter, that'll do the trick!

  • Could I use normal flour? not self rising flour?

  • Nice PANCAKES!!

  • Everything about the ingredients, the method. it's so simply BRILLIANT! Now anytime is PANCAKES time! Boy am i Hungry now!!!

  • i like it when he sticks out his 3rd finger when using the spoon.

  • the song rules with this receipe makes me wanna blast it while making this recipe

  • Do you use a low-gluten cake flour? I'm asking because you beat the batter into submission it seemed, which usually gives a texture similar to pizza dough...

  • @mbrunson1985 It was just very thick. Normally you would not want to beat the batter that much. The less the better.

  • you are ninja at the art of pancake art

  • Waiting for the mixture to set in now!

  • excelente ahora mismo los hare , muchas gracias muy facil la manera como lo presentas =)

  • whats the name of the music ? your pancakes look yummi xoxo

  • Great Video! :)

  • this looks yummy! thank you kind gentleman :)

  • NOW I AM HUNGRY

  • Thank you for the nice video! I have a question concerning the self raising flour. I come from Germany and you can't buy something like that here. Is it really necessary to put so much baking powder in?

  • @liderlo They must have self raising flour in Germany. If not just use plain flour but you will need the baking powder or you will end up with crepes. Self raising is just plain flour with raising agents in it anyway. Gluck!

  • @learn2bake Thanks. Really, we don't have it over here. Do I need more than three teaspoons of baking powder then?

  • @liderlo You could add an extra teaspoon of baking powder and see how that goes. There is a slight element of trial and error involved.

  • @learn2bake :-)

  • @liderlo there is no way in hell that germany doesnt have self raising flour..unless u leave in the jungle lol..kidding..go to the supermarket and find it..its probably written in german thats y u cnt understand lol

  • @massiveattack786 hi, I don't know where you come from, massiveattack786, but, for sure, we don't use something like that in Germany. For me, it's obvious, that you can find much more groceries already in some way "ready made" in the US than here. We like it "pure"!

  • what about putting some vanilla in, to give another aroma??

  • Pancakes and Depeche Mode....Yuummmm.....they're both awesome with REAL MAPLE SYRUP!! Not the ,"table syrup crap."

  • can you give the recipe in grams ?

  • Comment removed

  • @ElmoSayHey dnt be stupid man lol

  • mine come out golden brown not dark brown lol

  • I love your videos!.....quick simple and to the point..You look so confident yet your faceless...I think that's great its all about the baking...I love that! .I'm going to try the scone recipe this afternoon while we sit back and watch the Kiwi couple compete against the Aussies in My Kitchen Rules 2012.....go the Kiwis!!! ....

  • I've always wondered how people make nice thick pancakes!! Cheers for the video!

  • those pancakes look delicious!!!!

  • Ill try it nw and ill tell u how it tasts like xD

  • what song is that?

  • Es la mejor receta de hot cakes que haya visto hasta ahora, te quedaron geniales. Acá en Chile hacemos algo parecido, solo que les llamamos panqueques, los acompañamos con manjar de leche o mermelada.

  • I'm sorry... I love how you make em. Tried it..... but as a europian I have to say.... Our pancakes taste better... thanks for trying. k thx bai

  • Hi, thanks for the video! love it! but i've got a question,. if i put less castor sugar,. should i add more flour? the last time i tried it wasnt as fluff as yours. Don't know exactly what happened actually.. :s Thanks!

  • @sanaa50 I wouldn't add more flour. If they were not as fluffly try adding a bit more baking powder. Also don't beat the mixture too much when it has risen. Beat it just long enough to make it droping consistency.

  • @learn2bake Thanks! will do! you made it look so simple but i guess its a struggle for me :s,. Thanks again!

  • can you get munchies without smoking?

  • thumbs up if you got hungry after watching the video

  • what if we wanna half the mixture, is it alright to uses two eggs ?

  • @alexrydercarter Yes 2 small eggs

  • must be the skillful pancake-cook LOL

  • other option for self rising flour?

  • the song doesnt reallly match the video but i did got help from the video :D

  • Lol was watching and making then says let it rise for 1 hour shit im hungry tho lol

  • @anewchapter100 itswritten in the video baka 1 pint=0.6 litres 1lb=450 g 6oz=170g

  • ts easy to do ilove pancake

  • i want taste them but iam to lazy to go make :D

  • thumbs up if you wanted to see him eat em haha

  • @anewchapter100 USE A PINT GLASS MAYBE???

  • Sometimes I watch this just to listen to the song c; love it

  • @anewchapter100 look at 0:07 there is a little gray square at the upper left corner of the screen that says how many :D

  • nice music

    surly and pankakes

  • how do u make those perfect circlesssssssssssssssssssssssss

  • Has anyone tried this? If so how did they taste?

  • 46 people cudn't flip their'ss

  • If you want fluffy pancakes DO NOT use an electric mixer to mix the batter. Over mixing makes flat rubbery pancakes. Mix by hand and only mix enough to incorporate the ingredients. Some lumps of unmixed dry ingredients are OK, and are in fact, desired.

  • you make me dance while your video starting

  • to be honest i have no idea which kind of english this video using about. but i tried it nad its really ok...

  • I couldn't wait a whole hour for my pancakes!!

  • Yes jam and butter is good but vegimite takes the cake yum ☆〜(ゝ。∂)

  • Owh My Gosh! My mom is going to love this!!

  • i hated you instructions

  • I like your tiles

  • @anewchapter100 its what english people measure in, im guessing you american, try googling it mate :D

  • They look yummy!!!!!

  • what was the point of letting it rise IF you had to beat it in the end?

  • @Tekhsheen this is what you do with all batter.

  • @Tekhsheen i've always wondered that. someone told me it was to let the baking powder settle...
