The main problem of China's pollution is the Kyoto treaty itself, because it exempts developing nations. While this may not sound like a bad thing, all the big pollutors in the US would just move to China and India. To combat terrorism you must do one of 2 things: 1. I am a student from South Asia studying in the US. Trust me when I say I know the difference between a poor American and a poor international. I worked around 30 hours every week while pursuing my undergrad here. I worked at McDonald's and the school cafeteria. I worked as a janitor and a dishwasher. I KNOW an American poor and an international poor. Compared to a South Asian poor person, an American poor is living in luxury.
