Idiots the reason you cant make a copy right character is cause cryptic would get sued by the copy right holder. They get sued they spend million on lawyers and court cost and in turn we get no new content or updates.
Here you have a gamwe where you can't create a fun original character thats all yours and people want to make character they can play in other games...
They reported you because your character looked like a copyrighted character..? See, I don't understand games like this, They give you the creative powers to do this, Then buttfuck you over it. Also, They have no reason to do this, Do you think Modnation Racers renders copyrighted things naked? No. Yet, Games like this and Graal feel they'll be sued because of this..I don't understand this at all.

Yes, I am. Because it's unoriginal and breaks the law. It's not as if Cryptic can actually do much about it - and even if it didn't, I'd still want them to stop people from making character copies, becasue trust me: It's VERY annoying to be walking around and just be seeing clones EVERYWHERE when there are alot of people coming up with their own original ideas.
I don't like unoriginality in a game which promotes creativity, deal with it.

You usually end up looking goofy as hell because of the demise. You say they are clones, I say we ALL have to draw inspiration from something. This is what has been put into law regarding musical rights as well.
Inspiration from a character isn't the same thing as a carbon-copy clone as is shown in the above video. It's absolutely fine that cryptic 'generics' clone characters - aside from the fact that hardly anyone wants to see dozens of gokus and wolverines running around, Cryptic has to do it to cover their own ass - comic book companies tried to sue them in the past for City of Heroes/Villains and this is the agreement they came to.

If you make your characters resemble any other copyrighted character ever made and they see it, or someone else sees it, they will erase it, then if you do it again they will ban you. It really makes no sense. You can literally make ANYONe in this game, but they are so scared of lawsuits its not fun to even play with making characters in fear they might deem your character copyrighted.

You should of shown some post-crisis stuff where you could have the machine gun or Shot gun.. *shrug* great Duke though. (even though theirs an NPC of him running around in MC XD)
