Wow, America doesn't have speed limiters on trucks, that's interesting. The argument that a reduction in emissions in the USA would have little benefit because of China is pathetic.

While these criticisms are valid, the broader point is being dropped.

These same criticisms could be made against all EPA regulations; therefore, must not a specific issue be explained in the broader context so that the impetus is to remove existing non-objective law that restraints production by violating individual rights.
