@Maximus0677 Don Lafontaine was awesome...but that is not his voice on the trailer. That is the voice of Ashton Smith who basically does every movie trailer now that Don passed away. Ashton does a great job with this trailer.

@Maximus0677 Oh yeah. Ashton's voice is awesome on this trailer. Pretty much any voice-over artist nowadays has been inspired by Don Lafontaine in some way. He's the original who started the whole "on the edge of your seat" style to movie trailers.

Rob Zombie was in a lose/lose situation with this remake. I, for one, love the film as a slasher flick. Despite the lack of suspense, it makes up for it with deep character development and a nightmarish tone. What I mean by lose/lose, is that if he hadn't made it his own movie, people would have said that the film was unoriginal and was just the original filmed with Hi-Def cameras. Because he did make it his own movie, people butchered him, saying that he cinematically raped the original film.

Rob Zombie sucks, his idea of a horror movie is to make every character as annoying, perverted and grammatically inclined (F***! F***! F***!) as his childish pathetic self. The only person he didnt in-humanize in these 2 movies, was the one he should of! Michael!
