If I really wanted to see a vampire movie, I expect lots of blood and gore. Why the hell would anyone see a movie where a girl is emotionally distressed about wanting to be a vampire or not!?

The plot of this sounds more complex than the way you described Twilight. Bella sounds incredibly obsessive and though I'll usually side with the female perspective, I would think Edward would probably find her level of devotion offputting if not frightening. Yeah...still not worth seeing it. Partially due to all those silly, logical questions you posed towards the end.

well, i thought the first film was garbage, and i had very low expectations going into new moon. I was pleasantly surprised. You can tell that they upped the filming quality, and the story line seems better. I do, however, hate Kristen's and rob's overacting. Taylor was by far the best, but he still had a few corny lines. I think you should give it a chance.

Thats why they are filming all the movies straight after one another, so that there isnt a big change in the charecters especially the vampires, so it doesnt turn out like Harry Potter where you can clearly see each character age in each movie, the next film eclipse is nearly finished filming and thats going to be out next June/July and then as soon as they finish filming eclipse they will start on breaking dawn, due to be released next November/December.

I felt that the movie was filmed infinitely better than the first, the first director seemed to really focus mainly on the one dimension of a teenage girls emotions and trying to figure out love, this new movie gave you alot more to enjoy and and be taken in by, throughout the movie they explain so many key plot points so when it actually got to the climax it didnt have to throw a hoard of information at you, the movie did run 30 minutes longer than the first but i feel that any less time and it

impressed with the new directors work and how he wanted the movie portrayed from how he sees it, The fighting was alot more vampirish then the twilight which really stepped it up because when you think vampire fight you think fast pace and explosive, most of what i was thinking of saying i totally forgot but overall i think it explained the movie in a great way without overdoing it too much i think its made good enough to make the twilight super fans happy and the average movie goer

I went to see this movie last night, after my friend wanted to go, so i tagged along, i've only read the first book, and i didnt think that the first film was that good because it didnt seem to flow, it seemed to skip to the main parts and miss out everything else, but i found out with new moon that it kinda did flow, and it did work out for me because it did flow and there are the little bits, i would disagree with the part you said about her being depressed i think those scenes worked.

I have problems with main characters sitting around not trying to do something about their problems and moping. If Bella was upset and tried to do something about it (so she finally does by doing what? Adventurous things for an adrenaline rush? To get back at Edward?) This doesn't work in my opinion. It was childish on her part - and her character again doesn't arc in this movie, she stays the same throughout.
