I respectfully disagree. With the old man there, it's like they see him as a regular person and the camera shows what he really is - death. People start to wonder if the camera is showing the 'truth' about the old man's identity. Wouldn't you agree?

Not as good as it could have been. Like others said, removed the old man, make the image come steadily closer every time the person looks away, and most importantly of all, actually make the Grim Reaper looks realistic. A ugly black robe and badly shaped scythe is pathetic.
